Back in 2020, we started making fresh pasta for ourselves & our family. As the word got out, we decided to make it a business and put up Noodle Lab, a fresh pasta purveyor catering to the home cooks wanting to take their pasta game up a notch during the pandemic.

As Noodle Lab gained momentum, this opened up new opportunities like pop-ups with other restaurants across the metro, which allowed us to share our own take on food.

Now, we are thrilled to open our own restaurant, a dream we’ve had for quite some time. Restaurant Delina is the culmination of our culinary journey throughout the last 5 years. Every dish on the menu, we made with love and passion for you, our customers!
